ASSOCIATION CODE OF ETHICS
All directors and employees of Premier Farm Credit are responsible for maintaining the highest standards in conducting business.  In that regard, a Codes of Ethics has been established for the Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer, Chief Credit Officer, and other senior financial professionals who are involved directly, or indirectly, with the preparation of Premier Farm Credit's financial statements and the maintenance of financial records supporting the financial statements.  This Code of Ethics supplements Premier Farm Credit's Standards of Conduct Policy for Employees.
